Telecommuting, working remotely, working from home…whatever you call it, the workplace is rapidly changing! This is due in part to Millennials who value a work-life balance.
At Diagram, we currently have 8 remote employees (a.k.a. “remoties”) who live outside the greater Chicagoland area, allowing them to get work done wherever works best for them. We value remote work because it allows us to attract top talent, expand into new territories, and improve our carbon footprint. We've put together the following infographic to share the latest stats about remote work and some tips from members of our remote team:
